Phoenix Boats Introduces the New Flagship 921 Pro XP at the 2011 Bassmaster Classic

Gary Clouse, President of Phoenix Boats, announced today that they will introduce the fifth model in the Phoenix lineup at the Bassmaster Classic on February 18th. “This is only our third Classic appearance,” says Clouse. “It’s very hard to believe that we have come so far in the past two years. We are very happy with our position in the market relative to current economic conditions.”

The 921 Pro XP is 21’6” in length, with a wide 96” beam. “Its design is the same as the 721 Pro XP with a wider and longer front deck,” adds Clouse. The 921 Pro XP has a 250 HP rating and touts the same running surface as the 721 Pro XP, which has been the most talked about boat in the past two years. “We have also added a Lowrance HD 8 standard in both bow and console,” says Clouse.

“The 921 will be another in the lineup for the serious bass angler,” says Hank Baker, VP of Sales. “I would challenge anyone who is interested in a new bass boat this year to take a test drive in a Phoenix. We are confident you will love the performance!”

It also has all of the same standard features as the 721 Pro XP, including the under-seat net storage, rotating tackle system and completely enclosed console. And, as all Phoenix Boats, the 921 Pro XP is manufactured with all-composite construction including AME 5000 resins and superior knit-type fiberglass cloth.
