How to Register

1. You must register for the Phoenix "First Flight" Program to be eligible.
2. Phoenix Boats MUST receive your registration form and fee PRIOR to the
   tournament date.
3. ALL Anglers MUST register prior to competing in any Contingency approved event to be eligible.

The program will run the entire calendar year from Jan 1, 2012, to Dec 31, 2012
